This website, https://www.getpolarstar.com/ (the "Site"), is published by Pixel Production (hereinafter "Polar Star", the "Company", or the "Seller").

Pixel Production is a SASU, registered with the R.C.S. of Paris under number 883 592 545, with its headquarters at 92 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.

Article 2 – Scope and Acceptance of the General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of products made via the Site and apply to all customers ("Customer") whether individual (B2C) or professional (B2B).

Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which are available for review at any time.

Article 3 – Products Description

Products are described on the Site with their essential characteristics. Photos are not contractual.

Article 4 – Price and Taxes

Prices are listed in Euros, excluding taxes and delivery costs.

Pixel Production reserves the right to update prices at any time. Applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order validation.

For orders shipped outside France, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Article 5 – Orders

Orders are confirmed upon full payment. The Customer receives a confirmation email, which constitutes proof of contract.

The Seller may reject an order in case of payment issues, dispute history, or non-compliance with these Terms.

Article 6 – B2B Specific Conditions

For B2B orders:

• Payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card.
• Payment terms must be respected as stated on the invoice.
• In case of delay, 1% penalty per month will be applied on the unpaid amount.
• Collection fees of €100 apply for recovery procedures.

Article 7 – Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (secured by SSL encryption)
• PayPal

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Article 8 – Delivery

We deliver only within the European Union.

Products are delivered within 30 business days, unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are indicative and not contractually binding.

Customer must verify package condition and contents upon delivery. In case of damage or missing items, appropriate mention must be made on the delivery slip.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal (B2C only)

According to Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Customers have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of goods.

To exercise this right, you may use the standard form or contact us via the Support Form.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Exceptions apply for:

• Personalized items
• Opened hygiene products

Article 10 – Guarantees

All products benefit from:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (Article L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code)
• Legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Polar Star. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

Article 12 – Liability

The Company is not liable for force majeure, improper use of the products, or third-party negligence.

Article 14 – Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, Customers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Article 15 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the French courts, or those of the Customer's place of residence.

Article 16 – Modification of Terms

Polar Star reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of the order.

By ordering from the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
