Why are your socks so hot?
We have developed a special process where cotton is blown into the socks during the manufacturing process, which gives them their thick appearance.
It is also this air that keeps your feet warm, which is why we do not use wool.
Our socks are soft, non-itchy and machine washable.
What are the delivery times?
For orders in France, please allow 1 to 2 working days.
For Central Europe, please allow 2 to 4 days (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands).
For other countries, please allow 3 to 5 days.
For each order, you can track the delivery directly on our website.
PS: Please note that during the holiday season, delivery times may be extended by a few days.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours.
Note: If you order multiple items from our shop, they will be shipped in one package.
Please note that packages are only sent if all items are available, which may cause delays.
Can I track my package?
For each order placed, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours and can track your order directly on our tracking page.

Can I change my order or my address after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, it is difficult to change your order or delivery address once it has been placed.
Our aim is to provide you with the best products and services, which is why our warehouse processes orders within hours of receipt.
If a change is absolutely necessary, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we will do our best to help you.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
We apologise for the inconvenience and are happy to help you place a replacement order immediately.
