Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, France. Orders are usually prepared within a day or two. Larger orders may take a few extra days.

France: Free from 35€ order otherwise 4,90€ (Chronopost : 1 to 3 days)

Europe: Free on orders over €35, otherwise €4.90 (Chronopost : 2 to 5 days)

Rest of the world: Free on orders over €50, otherwise €12.90 (Chronopost : 4 to 9 days)


B2B Wholesale : The cost of delivery is calculated according to the weight of the parcel. We offer delivery to orders over 250 pairs.

We love our cozy socks and are confident you will too.That’s why we're offering a 30-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your socks, we'll give you a refund. Of course, don't go running with it 😉

    Where can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow that link to track your package. If you can not find your confirmation email, feel free to reach out to hello@getpolarstar.com and we will send your tracking information.


    My shipment hasn't arrived or it arrived damaged. What should i do?

    I want to return my order

    You have 30 days to return your order. Please do not wear the socks or damage the packaging.
    Go to our returns page to make your request.
    Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.


    My tracking information says my order was delivered but i can’t find it. What do i do?

    That’s annoying. sometimes post carriers deliver to neighbours, leave parcels in your requested ‘safe place’ or leave a failed delivery note. if your Polar Star order is nowhere to be seen, send us an email at hello@getpolarstar.com and we’ll make sure you get your products.
