We only deliver to the 27 countries of the European Union within 1-4 days.

Here are the prices according to the purchase amount:

We offer delivery to orders over 25kg.

We love our cozy socks and are confident you will too.That’s why we're offering a 30-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your socks, we'll give you a refund. Of course, don't go running with it 😉

    Where can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow that link to track your package or go to our tracking page. If you can not find your confirmation email, feel free to reach out to hello@getpolarstar.com and we will send your tracking information.


    My shipment hasn't arrived or it arrived damaged. What should i do?

    I want to return my order

    You have 30 days to return your order. Please do not wear the socks or damage the packaging.
    Go to our returns page to make your request.
    Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.


    My tracking information says my order was delivered but i can’t find it. What do i do?

    That’s annoying. sometimes post carriers deliver to neighbours, leave parcels in your requested ‘safe place’ or leave a failed delivery note. if your Polar Star order is nowhere to be seen, send us an email at hello@getpolarstar.com and we’ll make sure you get your products.

    When should I place my order?

    We recommend that you place your first order this summer, or in September at the latest, to avoid stock shortages.

    How to place an order easily?

    If you wish to order several models in various quantities, we advise you to follow these steps:

    • Go to one of the collection pages
    • Add the model you are interested in by clicking on "Add" then "Add to cart"
    • Add as many models/sizes as necessary
    • Go to your cart
    • Edit the quantity according to your needs
    • (Don't forget to add displays)
    • Choose your delivery date
